Developed by osteopathic physicians for osteopathic physicians, the Living Well/Aging Well initiative provides patient information and guidelines focused on healthy aging and overall wellness. As part of the initiative, the AOA’s Bureau of Osteopathic Research and Public Health has developed a series of informational patient handouts with tips for maintaining optimal health throughout life. The handouts below may be used to provide supplemental information to patients on topics such as cancer screening, mental health, nutrition and the benefits of physical activity.
