Teresa Hardesty, DO, FACOI, is a board-certified internal medicine physician specializing in complex disease management, including HIV, Hepatitis C and pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP). She practices at Warren Clinic in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she provides comprehensive primary care and participates in a complex care clinic for patients with challenging medical needs.

Dr. Hardesty is vice president of the Oklahoma Osteopathic Association (OOA) and serves on the Board of Directors for the Morningcrest Healthcare Foundation. Additionally, she is a medical advisor for the Oklahoma State Board of Osteopathic Examiners.

An experienced clinician and educator, Dr. Hardesty previously served as clinical assistant professor of internal medicine at Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine (OSU-COM), where she developed curriculum, trained residents and medical students, and led a multidisciplinary COVID Long Haul clinic. She is also a past president of the Tulsa Osteopathic Medical Society (TOMS).

Dr. Hardesty earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree at OSU-COM and her Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from OSU.
