The Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA) is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as the accreditor of colleges of osteopathic medicine. COCA members meet periodically to review site visit reports, change requests and other items pertaining to the accreditation of osteopathic medical schools.
The next meeting of the COCA will take place on Oct. 9, 2025, and will be an executive session only. The next open meeting will take place Dec. 4-5, 2025, and the non-voting agenda will be available two weeks prior. A link to register for the open session at the December meeting will be available soon. The open session portion of COCA meetings are open to the public and broadcast in a livestream webinar format via Zoom. Executive sessions are closed to the public.
No colleges will be reviewed during this meeting.
