Sarah Julane Wolff, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician, and currently serves as an assistant professor of Family Medicine and the director of Clinical Curriculum at Western University of Health Sciences in Lebanon, Ore., where she oversees the curriculum for more than 700 osteopathic medical students, including the step two/level two licensing exam and intern readiness preparations.

Dr. Wolff also serves on the Providence Medical Group Bridge Virtual Health team, and previously worked for Providence Progress Ridge Family Medicine and Providence Virtual Sick Clinic. In these roles, she has treated various needs from pre-natal care, women’s health and pediatrics to providing clinic-based procedures and gender affirming hormones.

In addition to holding several positions for the AOA’s B/C/Cs and House of Delegates, she is the 2023-24 president of the Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons of Oregon, where she has held various positions since 2014. She has also been involved with the American College of Osteopathic Family Practice, Osteopathic Legislative Advocacy and the American Osteopathic Foundation among others. Currently, she is a diplomate for the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Wolff earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2016 from Western University of Health Sciences COMP, in Pomona, Calif. She completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of Oregon, where she was on the Dean’s List and provided support as a pre-med peer mentor. Notably, Dr. Wolff has received several leadership awards and spent time as a global health volunteer in Nicaragua and Tanzania.
