Kevin V. de Regnier, DO, is an AOA board-certified osteopathic family physician in private practice with Madison County Medical Associates of Winterset, Iowa. He is a distinguished fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP) and is an adjunct professor of family medicine at Des Moines University.

An active proponent of the osteopathic medical profession, Dr. de Regnier is past president of ACOFP. He was named ACOFP Family Physician of the Year in 2019 and in 2020 was recognized with the ACOFP Excellence in Advocacy Award.

On the state level, Dr. de Regnier is past president of the Iowa Osteopathic Medical Association and past president of the Iowa Chapter of American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. Currently he serves on the Iowa Physician Assistants Licensing Board and is chair of the Madison County Board of Health. He also serves on the Iowa Medicaid Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.

Dr. de Regnier earned his osteopathic medical degree from the Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship and residency training at the former Des Moines General Hospital, where he served as chief intern and chief resident.
