NOM Week took place April 15-21, 2024In April, we celebrated National Osteopathic Medicine (NOM) Week, an annual observance recognizing the nation’s 148,000 osteopathic physicians, or DOs, and 38,000 osteopathic medical students. Each year, NOM Week unites members of the profession to raise awareness about the distinctive body-mind-spirit approach they bring to caring for millions of patients across the U.S.
Our team shared NOM Week highlights from across the profession all week using #NOMWeek and #DOProud. Osteopathic specialty colleges, state associations and colleges of osteopathic medicine also participated in the festivities!
