Transverse colon adenocarcinoma with direct cutaneous extension: complex multidisciplinary surgical management

A 66-year-old cachectic female presented to the emergency department in August 2021 with dizziness. Physical examination revealed a 3–4 cm infraumbilical ulcerative mass, present for approximately 1 month.
