The 2026 House of Delegates meeting will take place at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile (540 N. Michigan Ave., Chicago, IL 60611) July 17-19. The AOA has partnered with the Chicago Marriott to offer attendees a special group rate. Rooms can be reserved for $259 per night, plus tax. Reservations can be made online or by calling (877) 303-0104.

The AOA has partnered with three major airlines to provide HOD attendees special travel rates. United Airlines, Southwest Airlines and Delta Air Lines are pleased to offer discounted flights to HOD attendees.

Both valet and self-parking options are available at the Chicago Marriott:
