A small number of programs were not ACGME accredited by July 1, 2020.  The AOA, through the Program and Trainee Review Council, will continue to monitor and accredit those programs. Policies approved by the AOA Council on Postdoctoral Training, Bureau of Osteopathic Education and Board of Trustees and effective July 1, 2020 are as follows:
