WesternU COMP Winter CME Conference with Hands-On Workshops for OMT and Procedures

In-person and virtual options are available.

In-person activities include:

  • Simulation lab: Abdominal Pain Differential Diagnosis and Procedure Task Training with Joachim Brown, DO (hands-on workshop with SIM equipment featuring ultrasound, thoracentesis, paracentesis, central line and lumbar puncture)
  • OMT for Common Complaints in Primary Care with Brian Loveless, DO (hands-on workshop)

Virtual activities include:

  • Virtual workshop course: Providing Intervention to Individuals with Acute Mental Health or Substance Use Challenge with Tina Lekas, OTD, MS, OTR/L, MHFA

Live workshops have a limited capacity. A complimentary lunch is included. Event proceeds go towards initiatives to support students and programs at WesternU/COMP.
