The American Osteopathic Association (AOA) maintains its outrage at the atrocities committed in the Israeli – Palestinian conflict. I continue to be personally appalled at the violence affecting so many innocent people.

The osteopathic profession has always proudly championed the value placed on human life and has embraced the belief that all aspects of an individual, including one’s choice of where to live or which religion to practice, contribute to the whole person and should never result in violence or infliction of harm.

We stand together not just as osteopathic physicians, but also as members of a compassionate community working together on the front lines and behind the scenes to help heal those impacted.

Anyone interested in volunteering to provide care for those impacted by the conflict should send an email to [email protected]. Your contact information will be shared with the appropriate individuals regarding next steps.
