Interprofessional Approach to Complex Case Management

The goal of this CME program is to demonstrate and emphasize the importance of interprofessional collaboration in delivering patient-centered care in the assessment and treatment of complex cases involving pain. Physicians and other healthcare professionals involved in the treatment of these complex cases will understand the roles various disciplines play and the importance of implementing interprofessional strategies in clinical practice which has proven to increase patient outcomes.
