The American Osteopathic College of Occupational and Preventive Medicine has developed a comprehensive curriculum that exceeds the eight mandatory topics outlined in the FMCSA core curriculum specifications and prepares registrants to sit for the Certified Medical Examiner test, as well as complete the FMCSA required 10-year retraining. FMCSA regulations and guidelines are reviewed regularly, and the training is updated as required. The course is open to DOs and MDs, as well as other medical practitioners. We also anticipate offering this course in-person and via Zoom on Thursday, Sept. 19, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas before OMED24.
