The AOA’s commitment to public health and vaccine advocacy

On Feb. 15, the AOA and other physician organizations from the “The Group of Six” issued a statement in support of the safety of vaccines, as well as the COVID-19 vaccine. In an era where public health faces unprecedented challenges, the AOA continues to stand at the forefront of advocating for commonsense health policy. The letter states that as part of a united front with America’s leading physician groups, the AOA is actively working to advance the message that COVID-19 vaccines are not just safe and effective; they are essential tools in our collective fight against a virus that has impacted millions worldwide.
