Cutaneous manifestations of Addison’s disease

A 17-year-old female presented to the dermatologist in May 2024 to evaluate brown lesions on her upper and lower lips with associated darkening of her complexion without sun exposure. She reported worsening fatigue but denied altered mental status, nausea, weight loss, polyuria, polydipsia, dizziness, or orthostatic hypotension.
