Below are the regulatory updates from CMS and HHS this week:

New COVID-19 Provider Relief Fund FAQs
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) recently updated its frequently asked questions (FAQs) in response to questions about the $50 billion of the Provider Relief Fund allocated for general distribution to Medicare facilities and providers impacted by COVID-19. The FAQs provide clarification about eligibility, terms and conditions, and attestation. To be considered for additional Provider Relief Fund general distribution payments, providers must accept the HHS terms and conditions and submit revenue information by June 3, 2020.

CMS requires price transparency for COVID-19 testing
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently issued a FAQ document outlining requirements for providers to post on their public website cash prices for COVID-19 diagnostic test, as required by the CARES Act.
