Chelsea A. Nickolson, DO

Chelsea A. Nickolson, DO, MBA, FACOI serves in the role as New Physician in Practice on the Board of Trustees. She previously served on the Board of Trustees as an advisor and post-graduate member. She also holds the position of Chair of the AOA Bureau of Emerging Leaders.
Dr. Nickolson is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. She works as Associate Program Director and Director of Osteopathic Education of the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Kettering Health – Dayton Campus in Ohio. She currently serves as a clinical faculty for OU-HCOM and received the award for Outstanding Primary Care Physician in 2018 in which she was nominated by her students. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Ohio Osteopathic Association and previously as President of the Dayton District Academy of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Nickolson is an alumna of Lincoln Memorial University in which she completed dual degrees, DO and MBA, in 2013 with several honors such as Student Doctor of the Year and as a member of Sigma Sigma Phi. She completed her internal medicine residency at Grandview Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio in 2016 and completed her Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2007.
Dr. Nickolson is married to Jordan, an osteopathic general surgeon, and they have a daughter and Goldendoodle.Back to Leadership
