Brian Fiani, DO, currently serves as the Postdoctoral Trainee Member on the AOA’s Board of Trustees. He is a fellow in minimally invasive spine surgery. Additionally, he is an attending neurosurgeon and an instructor in neurological surgery. Dr. Fiani serves as the Vice Chair of the Bureau of Emerging Leaders for the AOA. He also serves on the Spine Political Action Advisory Committee, Early Career Advisory Council, Legislative Committee and the Political Engagement Committee, all for the North American Spine Society. Dr. Fiani is also a Spine Committee Member for the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and a Young Physicians and Surgeons Committee Member for the New York State Medical Osteopathic Society.
