Early before May 1 $785 physician/PA/nurse/ancillary and $585 osteopathic student, intern, resident or retired physician; Regular May 1-25 $835 physician/PA/nurse/ancillary and $635 osteopathic student, intern, resident or retired physician; Late after May 25 $885 physician/PA/nurse/ancillary and $685 osteopathic student, intern, resident or retired physician. Non-members pay $250 surcharge.

This event is approved for up to 23.5 AOA Category 1-A CME credits. Up to two additional credits may be earned by completing the post-convention outcomes survey. Credit is pending approval from the American Academy of Family Physicians.
