This is the fourth in PCOM’s Youth Suicide Prevention Webinar Series.

After accidents, suicide is the second leading cause of death in teenagers and even younger children. Suicides devastate families, schools and communities. Rates of suicide in youth have been rising in the United States over the last few years. This webinar will review the epidemiology of youth suicide, the risk factors, and the resiliency factors for prevention. We will take you on a trauma informed approach to suicide prevention and describe evidenced based programs to prevent a permanent solution for usually a temporary problem.
