This on-demand breast imaging mini-course is intended for practicing radiologists and radiology trainees to improve interpretation and management skills across a range of breast imaging topics. Participants will learn ways to decrease medicolegal risk as well as optimize performance in ultrasound, MRI and interventional breast radiology skills. Lectures will be provided by a distinguished group of faculty with a wealth of clinical and teaching experience. The focus is to provide participants with practical problem solving skills as one might encounter in everyday work.

Course Objectives:
• Review near misses and more challenging cases.
• Reduce risk and increase your confidence reading mammograms using lessons learned from an expert witness.
• A case-based discussion of common presenting breast symptoms using a multi-modality problem solving approach.
• Review of routine breast interventional procedures with updated tips and pearls useful for the everyday breast radiologist.
• Review the basics of breast ultrasound and image optimization.
• Review of the basics of breast MRI, including interpretation, positioning, and troubleshooting, as well as introduce more novel techniques such as abbreviated and ultrafast breast MRI.
