The AOA Board of Trustees and Affiliates will gather virtually for the Midyear Meeting Feb. 22-24. The following Frequently Asked Questions include the most recent updates on meeting access and processes. If you have a question that is not covered, please contact email@example.com.
The Midyear Meeting General Session will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 24 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. CT.
All participants need to register for the meeting. Please forward this registration link to any colleagues that would like to participate.
Yes, there will be a help desk available to assist participants in logging in as well as for those who are in the meeting and need technical support. For assistance logging into Zoom, please contact the IT Help Desk at (312) 202-8357.
The Zoom meeting information will be provided once your registration is complete. Each person will have their own unique identifier. Please do not forward the Zoom link. Please send the registration information to any colleagues who wish to participate in the general session.
When a Delegate would like to speak, they are to raise their hand using the Zoom hand raise feature.
Using that chat feature, click on ‘Need IT Support’ and a message including your name and phone number. A member of the IT team will contact you.
